My Kind Of *TeXaS* Chili
This is a delicious chili that my mom
always made - the one I grew up on and the only
one I'll ever love.... It's my favorite, of course!
Not spicy at all, but full of flavor & my kiddos love it!
How do you eat your chili? Do you serve cornbread with it?
Chips? Crackers & Cheese?
Brace Yourself - I crumble saltine crackers on top, shredded cheddar, ketchup & stir it together and then eat each bite on top of a buttery ritz cracker! Lol, sounds weird to most but my dad, brother, sister & myself eat this way and have for as long as I can remember. My husband eats it with cooked white rice, raw onions and raw carrots.... that is odd to me, lol...
