Homemade Almond Butter
3 C. Almonds, Roasted
Roast almonds on a sheet pan at 350F for 12 minutes. Give them a shake half way through.
Pour the roasted almonds into a food processor. If your processor is smaller, do this in two batches. It helps reaching that "butter" consistency much faster. Turn on high and process for five minutes. Scrape down sides and do so again for 2 minutes. Scrape sides again and do once more for 5 minutes. At this point, it should be as creamy as almond butter can be!
The butter will last up to 3 months in a glass jar! Enjoy :)!
