Pumpkin Coffee Cake

Cake: 2 C. Flour 2 t. Baking Powder 2 t. Cinnamon 1/2 t. Salt 1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 C. Sugar 3/4 Stick Soft Butter 2 Eggs, whisked 1 Can Pure Pumpkin Crumb Topping: 1/2 Stick Cold Butter Heaping 1/4 C. Sugar 1 t. Cinnamon

1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 C. Chopped Pecans 3/4 C. Flour - Preheat oven to 350F

- Spray an 8x8" baking dish

- In a small bowl, combine together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and pps. - In a mixer, beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat to incorporate. Add pumpkin puree and mix to combine. - Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix with a metal spoon just until smooth. Pour the batter into the baking dish. - Make the crumb topping: combine all the ingredients and mix with your fingertips until crumbly. Sprinkle onto the batter. - Bake for 40-45 minutes
