Homemade Pizookie | Bj's Restaurant


Have you ever had a Pizookie from BJ's Restaurant? It's my current favorite obssesion! My husband and I even went there JUST for their Iced Tea and Pizookie! We haven't gone in a while and I decided to try and recreate it. Not gonna lie, it doesn't meat BJ's ... but, still yummy! I serve it HOT with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream! Let me know how you like it!

RECIPE:

2 1/8 C. Flour

1 t. Salt

1/2 t. Baking Soda

1 1/2 Sticks Melted Butter

1 C. Brown Sugar

1/2 C. Sugar

2 Egg Yolks

1 t. Vanilla

1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips

* IF YOU ARE SERVING THESE IMMEDIATELY, it would be awesome to cook in a cast iron pan as they do in the restaurant, and serve it in the pan!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. Add butter, sugars, egg yolks and vanilla to a stand mixer and mix WELL. Whisk flour, salt & baking soda together and add to your wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread in a greased casserole dish or a sheet pan lined with foil and greased. Bake for 22-26 minutes until top is golden brown and set.
