Chicken Gyro | Tzatziki Dip


2 Chicken Breasts, Pounded Thin

2 T. Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

1 English Cucumber, Chopped

2 Roma Tomatoes, Seeded & Chopped

1 Red Onion, Minced

Butter Lettuce, Shredded

Shredded Mozzarella

1/2 C. Greek Yogurt

1/2 C. Sour Cream

1 T. Olive Oil

2 T. Fresh Dill, Minced

1 English Cucumber, Minced

6 T. Fresh Lemon Juice & Zest

6 T. Fresh Lime Juice & Zest

1/2 T. Fresh Garlic, Minced

Dash of Salt & Pepper

Pita Bread (can substitute with flour tortillas if need be)


Combine yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, lemon & lime zest and juice, garlic, salt, pepper and dill - whisk until well combined. Stir in minced cucumber, Refrigerate & let flavors marry until finished cooking.

Season both sides of your thin chicken with salt and pepper and saute in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside & let rest.

Cut veggies & set aside.

Slighty warm pita bread in the pan you cooked your chicken in, or microwave. Assemble your gyros as desired and top with delicious and fresh tzatziki!
