Ingredients:


10 Brussel Sprouts, Quartered Length-wise

Salt & Pepper

1 Drizzle of Honey

1 T. Olive Oil

1 T. Butter


Directions:


Cut your brussel sprouts and then place them in boiling salted water on high. Once brussel sprouts boil, bring them down to medium high heat and simmer for about 5 minutes just to parboil them.


Drain them, very very well. You want as much water out as possible! This will help you get that charred DELICIOUS flavor!

Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of honey across the tops of them. Let the cook for about 3 minutes and turn the heat down to medium. Toss them around and then salt, pepper & honey again. Cook for about another three minutes. Turn the heat up to high and watch carefully. This is just to get the char you'd like. Once you achieve the char you'd like, remove & serve!
