Sweet Potato Fries {sweet & savory}


Did you know that Sweet potatoes have a whopping 400% more Vitamin A in them than white potatoes? True Fact. And, quite honestly - I have the biggest sweet tooth ever! These sweet potato fries make my sweet tooth very happy AND they aren't horrible for you. They also have more Vitamin C, fewer calories, more fiber than a white potato, despite having more sugar.

Ingredients:


2 lb. Sweet Potatoes

2 T. Olive Oil

1/8 t. Salt

1/8 t. Pepper

1 t. Sugar

2 t. Cinnamon


Directions:


Preheat oven to 450.

Line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine oil & spices.

Scrub your sweet potatoes really well.

Cut sweet potatoes into smaller fries.

Toss fries in olive oil to coat.

Sprinkle spices and toss well.

Spread fries out on a prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, giving them a good shake half way through the baking process.
