Easy Granola


Ingredients

1 C. Brown Sugar

2 t. Cinnamon

1 C. Honey

1 ½ t. Vanilla

½ C. Coconut Oil

1 ½ t. Flakey Sea Salt

6 C. Old Fashioned Oats

2 C. Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

2 C. Sliced Almonds


Directions:

Preheat Oven – 350F Degrees.

In a large bowl whisk together the brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, oil, and salt.

Add the oats, coconut, almonds and stir. Make sure everything is coated very well.

Spray a cookie sheet with coconut oil cooking spray and spread the granola on the sheet.

Bake at 350F degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

Stir it around every 10 minutes – if it’s looking golden brown, go ahead and take it out.

It’s delicious warm – straight from the oven. Also, added to yogurt/fruit for a parfait or atop some warmed cinnamon sugar apples! 😊
